An Angels Attic Children's Consignment Sale

📝 1. Register as a Consignor

 

📦 2. Gather Your Items to Sell  (Link to what we accept)

  • Gently used children’s clothing and accessories (infant to tween/teen)  Fall and Winter for the Fall Sale.

  • Shoes in great condition (no excessive wear or dirt)  Fall and Winter for the Fall Sale.

  • Toys (battery-operated must work with batteries installed)

  • Books, puzzles, games (with all pieces)

  • Baby gear (strollers, bouncers, pack-n-plays, decor, etc.)

  • Feeding items, nursery décor, diaper bags, Kids decor

  • Maternity clothes

**Please just ask if you have a question on any item.



🛑 Do NOT include:

  • Items that are stained, torn, recalled, broken, missing pieces

  • Car seats, cribs, mattresses or expired safety gear (check if recalled)

  • Used Underwear or used nipples or sippy cups.

🧽 3. Prep & Clean Your Items

  • Wash and press all clothing

  • Wipe down plastic/wooden toys and gear

  • Replace batteries in anything that lights up or makes noise

  • Double-check for all parts and pieces

  • Secure loose parts in Ziploc bags (tape shut) and tape to larger piece

🏷️ 4. Create & Print Tags

  • Log in to your consignor account and use the tagging system (work with consigned inventory - add items)

  • Include: Select Category, Size (There is a leave Blank Option for unsized Items), Give a detailed description including at least:  brand, type,color (the more detailed the better)

  • Print tags on white cardstock (NO regular paper)  You can print them from your home computer or you can send your pdf tags to Minuteman Press or staples to print them as well.       
  •  Minuteman Press             Staples  
  • Use a quality printer for clear barcodes

  • Do not handwrite or alter tags once printed

📌 5. Tag & Package Items Properly

  • Attach tags to clothing using safety pins (no straight pins, staples or tagging guns)

  • Hang clothing on plastic hangers with hook facing left (like a question mark “?”)  Make sure that the hanger is the size of the clothing that you are hanging.

  • Tape tags securely to toys, books, and bags (use packing tape)

  • Group multi-piece outfits with zip ties or safety pins

🗓️ 6. Schedule & Attend Drop-Off

  • Sign up for a drop-off appointment time (not available yet)

  • Bring items organized by category, size and gender

  • Be prepared to go through a quick quality check

  • Sign in and verify your items were received


📣 7. Promote the Sale

  • Share on social media

  • Tell friends, family, and local parents

  • Invite people to shop your items – you earn more if they do!

💸 8. Track Sales & Pick Up Unsold Items

  • Log in during the sale to track what sells

  • Attend pick-up day (if not donating leftovers) Sunday, September 14, 2025 Time TBD

🎁 9. Get Paid!

  • Expect your earnings via check at the time of item pick up.

  • Celebrate – you decluttered, earned money, and helped local families!

💡 Pro Tips for New Consignors

  • Price to sell – shoppers love deals!

  • Bundle small items (e.g., socks, bibs) into sets

  • Use clear bags for puzzles or games and tape securely

  • Tag early and often – don’t wait until the last minute!
